Vince joined the group in 2000 and doesn't actually
wet a line that often, but when he does the fish had better watch out!
Vince started an incredible run of big barbel captures in the summer of 2000
by landing 'Stumpy' at 16lb
8oz . He then won the NSG's Frank Wright
Memorial Barbel Trophy by banking the British Record holding 'Red
Belly' in February 2002 at a weight of 18lb 13oz and added 'Teardrops'
to his impressive list of big barbel credits in February 2003 at a weight of
17lb 8oz.
Continuing his run of success, he has now landed 'Traveller'
at a weight of 18lb 11oz to make the average weight of his last four barbel
an amazing 17lb 14oz!!
