In 2009 the Best Catch Trophy was awarded to Mike Green for
a catch
of three pike in two hours, weighing 27lb 1oz, 23lb 4oz and 22lb 6oz.
In second place was Andy
Gilling with a bag of two carp of 30lb 2oz and 27lb with 20 rudd to 3lb
2oz.
Rob Pitkin took third place with
a bream of 15lb 7oz and 17 tench, inc seven over 7lb plus three over 8lb.
