Fish of Year Trophy

The Fish of the Year trophy is awarded annually to the group member who
caught the biggest specimen of a nominated 'target' species that year.

In 2009 the Group selected Roach as our target species for the year.
The trophy was awarded to awarded to Richard Hancox
his capture of a specimen weighing 2lb 3oz from the River Thames.

Second place went to jointly to Dave Allen and Richard Hancox for fish of 1lb 14oz, taken
from the River Kennet and River Cherwell respectively.
